Zodiac Court Scaffold Design – Croydon
Zodiac Court in Croydon required a detailed scaffold design solution for both the lower-level building and the main tower structure. Ultimate Design Studio supported RBS Scaffolding with 3D scaffold modelling, design detailing and bespoke engineering solutions to help the project team visualise the scaffold arrangement before installation.
Project Description:
The scaffold works included a perimeter scaffold to the lower-level building, followed by a wrap-around scaffold to the main tower. Due to the size and complexity of the structure, careful planning was required to ensure safe access, practical installation and clear communication between all parties involved.
We modelled the scaffold solution in 3D to help visualise the project and highlight key areas of complexity. Detailed drawings and bespoke design information were then provided to the site operatives, ensuring important elements were identified and understood before works commenced.
